Job Description: 

To provide high quality, professional administrative support to the business. To work alongside the Operations and Business Support teams to maintain administrative systems, ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedures.


- Act as a first point of contact for all internal and external queries

- As required, provide support to the Operations and Business Support teams with the creation, formatting and production of documents and reports

- Raise Purchase Order requests

- Process supplier invoices as appropriate

- Revise, update and maintain filing systems


- Input all new enquiries and upload supporting contracts and associated documentation to the CMS with accuracy

- Manage and execute any amendments

- Liaise with the Business Development, Operations and the company’s US Legal Team to resolve any queries

- Liaise with the company’s Finance Team during the approval and Client set-up process 

- Create new Client profiles

- Run reports from CMS as required

- Cleanse and maintain all records within the system to ensure data is accurate and up to date

Person specification and Experience required: 

- Experience of working in an administration environment

- Have a good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Worked in a fast-paced team with the ability to remain calm under pressure

- Outstanding communication skills

- The ability to effectively prioritise your workload and build relationships with key stakeholders.

- Excellent attention to detail

- A proactive/can do attitude to work

- The ability to work on own initiative

- The ability to follow process
