This is a 15 month Apprenticeship scheme at Level 3 Digital Marketer standard.

The annual salary for this role is £18,000.

We work a 37.5 hour week, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm with a 1 hour break at lunch.

Job Description: 

About the Role

We are looking for Consultancy Apprentices to support our client teams as they bring together consumers of brands including Ikea, Jaguar Land Rover and Samsung and their client teams to address different business challenges; from new product development to customer communications to market strategy.

You will be part of our Consultancy team and work directly with our Associate Consultants to help manage our online communities of consumers.  These communities are private social networks of our clients consumers, hosted on our own technology platform.  You will be interacting with community members, preparing and publishing content, and collating and reporting data about the communities. 

This role is a perfect way to begin to develop your consultancy skills and experience of the world of branding, research and innovation.  At the end of the Apprenticeship there is the opportunity to become an Associate Consultant and continue to grow within the organisation.

 

Responsibilities

Your role will focus on supporting Associate Consultants in their day to day work.

  • Managing community member queries
  • Preparing and working with our teams  to pay member incentives
  • Identifying interesting consumer content and publishing on our private social media platform
  • Launching research activities on the communities
  • Monitoring and preparing reports on community activity
  • Supporting the team (i.e. with logistics, material prep, note taking) in face-to-face workshops
  • Piloting our new technology tools and sharing learnings with the wider team

As you learn more, there will be opportunity to take on more responsibility including:   

  • Bringing consumer stories to life for reports and presentations, for example editing consumer videos or preparing image boards
  • Helping to design research activities for communities which will generate the right responses to meet the client’s brief
  • Moderating and analysing activities to understand what matters to consumers and why the do the things they do
Person specification and Experience required:

Skills required/What we’re looking for:

  • A natural knack for social media and the online world
  • You are curious, want to learn and have plenty of energy and enthusiasm
  • A passion for, and interest in, brands
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills
  • You are a real doer and a proper team player
  • Fantastic organisational skills: ability to multi-task
  • Minimum A-C grades at GCSE (or equivalent) in both English & Maths
