Job Description: 

We are looking for an administrator to join our team.

This role offers flexible hours, (initially 1 morning every week for approx. 3 - 4 hours).

The candidate will simply be required to carry out general administration duties, some of which may include; scanning, filing, sending emails, making calls, chasing documents, amending spreadsheets, sending invoices and providing general assistance.

Person specification and Experience required: 

The ideal candidate will show interest in the financial services industry and will be self-efficient and able to learn the requirements of the role quickly.

As we are a small team, the ideal candidate will also need to be personable and approachable.

Previous administration experience is an advantage but not essential.

Qualifications: 

Computer literate.
