How it works

EmploySE1 provides businesses with a free, tailor-made solution to your recruitment needs and through working in partnership with local private and public sector employment and training agencies we are able to provide you with a range of recruitment services that engages with local, job-ready candidates.

Our local Partner Agencies work closely with EmploySE1 to ensure that the candidates we put forward for employer vacancies are the best suited for the role and have completed the Agencies’ relevant pre-employment or job-readiness training.

Businesses who register with EmploySE1 are able to post vacancies directly to our website and the job details are also circulated to our Partner Agencies. The EmploySE1 Team will screen applicant CVs and provide the business with a shortlist of the most suitable candidates matched to the job role.

To register with EmploySE1, businesses are asked to sign up to an Employer Accord as a declaration of their intent to offer employment, work experience or Apprenticeship opportunities to local people.

Hear what James Wilkie, General Manager of Premier Inn London Southwark (Tate Modern), had to say about EmploySE1 and the benefits of recruiting locally.

To register your business and post vacancies live to our website visit our Employer Page for details.
